SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost calculated at checkout. So you can show your shipping cost at checkout.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

In general, shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 1 – 2 business day (Monday to Friday).

DELIVERY TERMS

We use UPS, USPS or FedEx to deliver the product.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@royallbathplace.com.

Shipment Tracking: 

All of our items are shipped through our warehouse and distribution centers. If your order was shipped via UPS you can check the order status and tracking number online by simply logging into “MyAccount”  Most Large Items are shipped by Truck and tracking information may be emailed to you when available. If you have not received tracking information for your shipment within 5 business days, please support@royallbathplace.com for the status of your order. Special order items may take up to two weeks for shipment.

For orders shipped through our Manufacturer’s Direct Shipping option, please note the following specifics:

1. Shipping Method: Manufacturer Direct Shipping utilizes standard economy ground services. The carrier for each order may vary depending on the default shipping method chosen by the manufacturer.

2. Processing and Handling: The processing and handling of Manufacturer Direct Shipping orders typically take 1-2 business days. It’s important to acknowledge that occasional delays may occur, and we appreciate your understanding as we rely on manufacturers to fulfill orders promptly.

3. Shipping Times: Shipping times for Manufacturer Direct Shipping orders vary between 1-5 business days. The duration is influenced by the location of the manufacturer’s facility and the destination of the customer. Please anticipate that delivery times may differ based on these factors.

4. Tracking Information: Once your Manufacturer Direct Shipping order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. This will allow you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your shipment.

5. Communication and Updates: In the event of any unforeseen delays or issues related to processing, handling, or shipping, we are committed to keeping you informed. Updates regarding your order status will be provided promptly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This policy primarily pertains to orders within the USA. For international orders, additional terms and conditions may apply, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees. Customers placing orders from outside the USA are responsible for complying with their country’s regulations and will be subject to any applicable import duties and taxes.

Order Status:

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number if applicable or Simply log in to your KBAuthority Account. Order history option will enable you to check the status of your order as well as provide you with all available tracking information. Using this number and instructions provided the customer will be able to track the order. Customer will be updated via email as to the status of the order. If you would like to make any changes to the order or some parts of the order are missing, please contact our customer service department immediately.

Expedited Orders and Rush Delivery:

If you would like to expedite your order and rush deliver a product, please call our Sales Department to inquire about product lead time and availability. If an item is in stock, it will usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. If it is not in stock, we may be able to have it shipped directly to you from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available, or we can arrange to have it delivered to you as soon as we receive it.
